GEOFF MAC GILLIVRAY

I wasn’t always the guy people saw as strong. Growing up, I was the “skinny” one—called scrawny or chicken legs more times than I can count. But everything changed after my daughter was born. I made a commitment to become the kind of man she could look up to—a healthy example of strength, discipline, and positive masculinity.

That moment sparked a transformation. I started at 160 lbs and have gained over 115 lbs in the past 10 years. But more importantly, I discovered my purpose: helping others feel strong and confident in their own bodies. As a certified Personal Trainer in Barrie, I’ve worked with men and women of all ages, shapes, and goals—but every journey leads to the same destination: living a healthier, more empowered life.

I bring a holistic approach to personal training in Barrie—focusing not just on physical change, but also on mindset, accountability, and building confidence from the inside out. My certifications include personal training, nutrition, glute specialization, conditioning, online coaching, fascia stretch therapy, and fascial trigger point assessments. I’ve also been voted Top Trainer in Barrie three years in a row through Community Votes and Readers’ Choice Awards.

While I train a wide range of clients, I specialize in helping women build lower body strength—especially shaping strong, defined legs and glutes. My mission is to help women feel confident in their bodies, build a healthy relationship with food, and break outdated myths about women and weight training.

When you train with me, expect to be challenged safely, supported fully, and empowered consistently. Together, we’ll create new habits, push past limits, and build a version of you that feels stronger, healthier, and more confident—inside and out.

ASHLEY MAC

I’ve been an athlete my whole life, always fascinated by what the human body can do—especially when driven by the right mindset. As a female athlete in male-dominated sports, I was fueled by one belief: If they can do it, so can I. That fire led me to a high school weightlifting class, and from the moment I picked up a barbell—I was hooked.

In 2012, I became a Certified Personal Training Specialist and began working with clients one-on-one to lose fat, build strength, and feel more at home in their bodies. I later ran a kickboxing studio where I helped people get strong through self-defense and movement.

​

Everything I coach, I’ve lived. I’ve been through the struggles, tested the methods, and come out stronger—mentally and physically. That experience allows me to genuinely connect with my clients and create coaching strategies that actually work in real life.
