I wasn’t always the guy people saw as strong. Growing up, I was the “skinny” one—called scrawny or chicken legs more times than I can count. But everything changed after my daughter was born. I made a commitment to become the kind of man she could look up to—a healthy example of strength, discipline, and positive masculinity.

DO I HAVE TO WORKOUT EVERYDAY?Definitely not. We’ll design a program that fits your lifestyle—whether that’s 2, 3, 4, or 5 days a week. The goal is not to bite off more than you can chew, but to set a realistic number you can 100% commit to. As time goes on, that number may increase, and we can always add more training days. Just as important as training is rest—recovery is essential to progress and results.

DO YOU GET YOUR CLIENTS TO DO A LOT OF CARDIO?Resistance training combined with cardio is key. That said, cardio will typically be 30 minutes or less, depending on your specific goals. While resistance training is more effective for fat loss, cardio plays an important role in heart health and can help increase your overall calorie deficit.

WILL I HAVE TO JOIN A GYM?Only if you want to. If you have equipment at home, I can create a customized plan for any space. That said, a gym does offer more variety and access to equipment. I’ve trained clients successfully in both environments—it all comes down to consistency and commitment.
