I wasn’t always the strong, confident trainer people see today. I started out as the “skinny guy”—constantly underestimated—until the birth of my daughter gave me a reason to change. That moment lit a fire in me to grow, both physically and mentally, and it led to my purpose: helping others feel strong, capable, and confident in their own skin. This is more than fitness—it’s about becoming the best version of yourself, from the inside out.

ASHLEY

Ashley has been an athlete her entire life, always pushing to see what her body—and mindset—could really do. As a woman in male-dominated sports, she learned early on that strength isn’t just physical—it’s mental. That belief carried Ashley from her first weightlifting class to a lifelong commitment to helping others build confidence through movement. Her coaching is rooted in real experience, and everything she teaches, and lived herself.
